When Regina turned 40 we went to Mexico for cooking classes.
And had a glorious time.  So glad we went when we went.

Then Christy pipes up and says when I turn 40 I want to go to Italy for cooking classes.

So, thinking that was a pretty good idea....I set out to find a cooking class in Italy that we could afford.
And I locate Jacque Peppin, who has always been one of my favorites, is teaching on a cruise ship.  What could be better.  A different port everyday and cooking classes every now & then.  Then my good friend, Chris Kennedy and Christy's good friend, Erin Kennedy Middleton decide to celebrate Erin's birthday as well.
